This course is a unique blend of learning growth-minded habits with practical hands-on application to everyday situations as a leader. It's convenient, bite-sized micro-learning for busy professionals.
Crown Global HR and the Community Liver Alliance teamed up to develop the leadership talents in the non-profits served by the CLA. These new and emerging leaders seek to reduce the harmful impact of substance use disorders that spread liver disease, among other health related issues. Their work builds community as well as helps restore marginalized people back to full, productive lives. The CLA supports the efforts of these non-profits to run more effectively and sustainably, including leader growth and development.
The Learning Lab is an active and practical blend of Crown's Life Themes of an Outstanding Leader with The 5 Core Leader Competencies of Harm Reduction. It is a 6 month program with a cohort of participants matched with an experienced mentor in the field, supported by a local resource in their organization. The CLA coordinates the program, selects participants, plans live events, and supports the mentors. It's a dynamic program with plans for a national reach.
Crown supports the Learning Lab with the learning platform and leadership curriculum customized for the unique world of Harm Reduction in the US. Although Paul oversees the online portion of the learning, the Learning Lab program is run by The Community Liver Alliance.
